  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

    For U.S. customers: Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions to purchase a USPS return shipping label for $5 plus applicable tax. Please print your label and ship your item(s) back within 7 days, preferably using the original packaging.

    To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the hygienic liner and tags attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by our team.

  • Our swimwear is designed to feel like a second skin — comfortable, flattering, and made to move with you. For the best fit, we recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or staying true to size for a more secure fit.

  • Our swimwear is made with a premium blend of 90% polyamide and 10% spandex, chosen for its softness, flexibility, and durability. This fabric allows each piece to move with your body while maintaining its shape through sun, salt, and water.

  • We believe in creating swimwear with intention. Our pieces are ethically made in Brazil using thoughtfully selected materials designed for comfort, durability, and long-lasting wear. We focus on responsible production and creating timeless pieces you’ll reach for season after season.

  • To keep your Jai Swim piece looking its best:

    • Rinse after use

    • Hand wash with mild detergent

    • Avoid harsh chemicals and rough surfaces when possible

    • Be careful not to wear light colored clothing over wet swimwear - some shades may bleed or transfer when wet

    • Some sunscreens and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear

    • Do not wring, soak or bleach

    • Do not tumble dry

    • Dry in shade

    • Do not iron
